We offer a wide range of design services including logo design and branding, design for print such as leaflets, brochures, stationery, adverts, folders, newsletters and more. We also design for digital such as websites, HTML emails, social media graphics and interactive iBooks.
We usualy get initial concepts to you within 2 – 3 weeks depending on the volume of work we have on at the time. We are limited to the number of projects we take on at any one time so if you’re in a rush please send us a message via our contact form and we will get back to you with timelines.
By ‘Logo Concept’ we mean an original design that is very close to it’s final form. We do not send rough sketches as a concept option.
Yes, all the logos we design are unique. We never re-use a logo that has been specifically designed for you. *Please note that this is not applicable to some pre-designed logos that are sold in the Logo Boutique, see ‘what’s the difference between a standard logo and an exclusive logo?’ for more information.
The logos we design do not include specific detailed illustrations of subjects such as people, animals and characters etc. Creating detailed illustrations of specific subjects can be very time consuming. Detailed illustrations are available and costs will vary depending on the requirements. Contact us if you wish to discuss an illustration.
Over in our Logo Boutique we sell 2 types of logos, ‘Standard’ and ‘Exclusive’.
Exclusive logos have a higher sale price but once purchased they are removed from the website and never sold again ensuring you have a completely unique logo.
Standard logos have a lower sale price but are sold multiple times. If you purchase a standard logo it will be customised with your company name and choice of colour so it will still be relatively unique as no one else will have the same company name.
Yes we do. From a simple theme based WordPress site to a full bespoke ecommerce solution. If you prefer to work with your own developer that’s fine with us, we can design the main pages of your website such as home page, about page, product page and once approved we can send the design flats on to your developer to start the build process. Once approved we will prepare your logo in a range of electronic file formats and send them to you via email for immediate use. Files you receive are in the following formats:
EPS – Encapsulated PostScripts (suitable for print plus large format/signage etc.)
JPEG – Joint Photographic Experts Group (3 different sizes suitable for print & web)
PNG – Portable Network Graphics (3 different sizes suitable for web)
No we don’t because we might get told off. The images used in our Logo Boutique designs are for visual purposes only and we are not permitted to sell them as part of the logo package. We can however supply you with images but these will need to be purchased seperately. All logos will be supplied with fonts converted to outlined graphics, we cannot supply you with any fonts used in your logo design due to licensing restrictions, we can advise you of fonts used so you can purchase/download and install them on your own system.
Because we love designing logos and making brands come alive! Seriously though, we do really enjoy what we do and we set very high standards for ourselves. It’s important to try and understand your business goals, your target audience and your competitors, only then can we understand what you really need.
Refunds are not available on custom logo designs. Pre designed logos bought from the Logo Boutique will only be refunded if no digital proofs have been sent to the client. Any refunds issued will be subject to a £15 administration fee.
